Adam goes quiet, and Blue does too, eyes closed, fingers gripping Gansey's sweater into a small fist. Her senses are all screwed up, hearing nothing but white noise. She wants to be able to open her eyes and she and Gansey would be headed to wherever he'd planned for dinner. Turn back time, and all of this would be some horrible nightmare she would wake up from.
She hears the front door open and Kavinsky talking to Adam, but it's all just garbled noise as she clings to Gansey. Cold comes in, more of it, and she's aware, but she can't really feel it. Rain hits her legs and she's aware of Ronan. She's aware that they need to get Gansey to Cabeswater if they stand any chance of reversing this, but she can't move.
If she opens her eyes, if she moves, then it's all real again, instead of some horrible dream, so she clings, turning her face into Gansey's chest.
