Blue doesn't even look over at Adam, just takes his hand and hangs onto it. It's hard to not to let out snide comments in regard to the two of them waking Gansey up. How it wouldn't be necessary, all manner of other things that weren't at all helpful to the situation. There was no sensibility in Blue at that moment. She's hurt and angry and in mourning and there was no snapping out of it because it was some dream version of Gansey.
"I want to be there when he wakes up." It's all she's contributing. She wants to be there and have that moment she wished for so hard in the back of the Bentley. Somehow try to coalesce the two things into one, and make some effort at breaking off this horrible mourning she's in and knows she's not coming out of any time soon.
